Express Veterinary Pharmacy Return Policy

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with a product sold by Express Veterinary Pharmacy, please call us at 480-892-0761 or email us at Customerservice@expressvetpharmacy.com. We want to do everything we can to guarantee your satisfaction with the products we sell and will accept returns if we are able.

For non-prescription items, we accept returns of unopened items in new condition for 30 days after sale. Call us at 480-892-0761 to arrange for a return. We will pay for shipping that we arrange and will refund you for the full amount of your purchase. The only exception to this policy is for vaccines. We are unable to accept the return of vaccines because we cannot control the temperature at which they have been stored while out of our possession.
