Delivery

At Express Veterinary Pharmacy we know that you want your orders delivered as soon as possible. It is our goal to provide same day shipping for every order that we receive before 2 pm Arizona time, Monday through Friday.  A valid prescription is required prior to shipment of prescription medications.

Standard shipping is with the US postal service and takes 2-7 days, depending on your proximity to our facility in Arizona.  FREE for orders over $79.00.

We offer Second Day service through FedEx. A physical address is required for all second day shipping as FedEx cannot deliver to a post office box.   Cost varies with weight and delivery distance of your order; see checkout page for total.

We offer Next Day service through FedEx on any order you choose. Next day service through FedEx is not available to a post office box. If you need next day service to a post office box, call our office for next day service through the United States Postal service. All vaccine orders must be shipped next day with ice packs, to ensure that the vaccines arrive at your house cool. Cost varies with weight and delivery distance of your order; see checkout page for total.

When you place an order you will receive an email verification. When your order ships, you will receive email confirmation and tracking information if you elected next day or second day shipping.

Vaccines are sensitive to heat, so must be shipped via FedEx, next day in ice packs.  Vaccine orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, and cannot be shipped to post office boxes.

All aerosol products must be shipped by ground transportation. Aerosol products are pressurized and are dangerous if shipped by air.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Non-prescription orders received on Friday after 2 pm Arizona time, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Saturday delivery is available. Call for Pricing.
Due to Federal laws, we are unable to accept returns of any prescription items. If you wish to return a non-prescription item, call our office for a return authorization.
